No. You can book directly with one of our physiotherapists without a referral. A referral is only required if you’re claiming through certain schemes such as Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM), Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, or some insurance providers.

Even if you don’t need treatment immediately, an early assessment provides a clear diagnosis, advice on what you should (and shouldn’t) do, and a personalised rehabilitation plan to optimise your recovery.

Not at all. Although we work with elite athletes & sporting teams, the vast majority of our patients are everyday people looking to recover from injury, reduce pain, improve movement or return to the activities they enjoy.

We treat people of all ages and levels of activity.

Your first appointment is 45 minutes during which we will discuss your injury history, general health, your concerns & what you actually want & need to get back to doing.

Physios are trained and qualified to assess and diagnose your condition with a physical examination.

A provisional diagnosis will be made and discussed, including any further investigations required – this may include referral for imaging (MRI, X-Ray) or for a GP or specialist opinion (Sports & Exercise Physician or Orthopaedic Specialist).

Together, we’ll map out a clear plan of action — focused on reducing pain, restoring function & getting you back to what you love as quickly and safely as possible.

We have two tiers of fees which reflects the additional experience, qualifications and seniority of the physiotherapists.

You can claim for your health fund at the time of consultation & then only need to pay the gap.

Yes. If you have Extras cover that includes physiotherapy or other allied health services, you can usually claim on the spot using HICAPS.

The rebate you receive depends on your individual health fund and level of cover. Please bring your card to swipe on the day or you can claim from your fund later.

Eligible patients with a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from their GP may receive a Medicare rebate for up to five allied health visits per calendar year.

A valid GP referral is required.
